“Item was back ordered, which was not indicated during the initial order process. Communications were sent out for the situation, which was appreciated. Item was delivered in about 5 weeks after ordering.”

“I think you guys do a great job, you've been very responsive and getting updates from you about the wheel was helpful. I think the S18 was rushed to production, and wish you had waited longer before releasing their wheel. Mine works fine, but their have been lots of complaints from other buyers and I can definitely see where adjustments can be made to improve this wheel.”

“Wheel was shipped fast and came in good condition. Would give a 5 star but there were no documents or anything with the wheel, just a few 30amp fuses sprinkled I'm the box with it. Still don't know what they are from! Website does need some updating.”

“Received shipment was exactly as expected, and this V10F wheel is great! The only downside was the use of Fedex, their shipment tracking system is really bad. The order was placed on a Monday, and I received confirmation from them for the next Thursday (before it had even cleared customs), Friday, and the following Monday, when I actually received the unit. Despite that, I would not hesitate to order other wheels or accessories from eWheels.”

“I was a bit skeptical of eWheels seeing as how there is another popular seller in the US which has been in business for several years, but I decided to contact eWheels' customer service to gather some information and make my own judgements. Their response was quick to say the least. I got a response within an hour in the early morning and decided to make a purchase within the following days after extensive research on over 30 scooters beforehand. Their customer support was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.”

“ewheels did a great job of answering my emails promptly and providing great customer service. When I needed to change my shipping address at the last minute, Jason got it done no problem. The scooter arrived at the stated date and in good condition. The inclusion of assembly tools would have been nice, but otherwise, it was a great customer experience.”

“Originally purchased a 16XS after speaking to a representative through email. Turned out they no longer had any in stock. Initially, I was upset since the payment was processed even though there were no longer any to be sold. The reps were apologetic and asked if I would like to upgrade to the 16X, so I opted for that. The wheel came in on time and in good condition. I was sent an email with some basic information regarding the wheel, an app that connects to it and safety recommendations. All and all, the service was very good and I'll definitely contact if I ever need anything in the future. Happy riding!”

“The scooter is great. A little heavier than I expected and I already scratched the bottom by accident. Only thing I would recommend fixing the battery because it heats up while charging.”

“Love yall! Took awhile to get to me. UPS told me on the 12th that it would be at my place by the end of the day. After waiting around all day it never showed up. It didn't come on till the following day so I basically waited around the house for 2 days”

“eWheels was very easy and prompt. The element I didn't care for was, after you buy it you get an email that tells you how dangerous the unicycle can be. I get that sales would reduce if you told people that beforehand and lawyers/liability make you have to put that out but I found it disingenuous to clear the smoke and mirrors after the purchase.”

“I am a legitimate customer who purchased the Turbowheel Swift and man let me tell you this puppy is a beast. I am a resident of Brooklyn (Nyc) and it's handling these jacked up roads very well thus far, very good suspensions. The speed is right and I mean so right I try not to put it on mode 3. This electric scooter is fast and I've gotten it as much as 24 miles on flat roads. This is perfect for the city. My only gripe is the screen is a tiny bit loose and wont completely tighten like the brake handles. Also it comes on Kilometers and not miles. These things are minor to me. I've had this scooter a week now and am pretty pleased. Great product for price.”

“Good build quality and fun to ride. The only negatives for me are the battery readings seem to be all over the place. Sometimes while cruising it says I have a low battery, but then when I stop at a light it shoots back up to full. It’s very hard for me to tell just how much further I can go, or when is it safe to charge it again (the manual recommends charging when you have one bar of battery left).”
