“I ordered in Summer; arrived in Winter. So I haven't been able to ride much. I haven't been able to keep air pressure in the Shock*** The wheel is awesome; but I surely have a problem now- bad shock. What's next?”

“the torque MSP is my first wheel from eWheels. i have communicated with Jason and others of the team on many occasions about various items. I've been pleased. no pressure. informative. can ask any and many questions. I'm also very happy with my wheel. based on the quality of communication, i expect that minimum quality of service otherwise....hopefully I won't need any technical wheel service. I'm commuting with my wheel and realized how my previous wheel [MSV3] was holding me back. loving the wheel and service. thanks TEAM”

“I'm very pleased ordering my electric unicycle veteran Sherman, people told me that it'll take 3 months, they've been contacting me and letting me know where it's at and how long it will take, they're very helpful and will share any information you need, I'm very glad that I ordered my Sherman and I know where to find people if I have any questions,”

“Wheel arriving a little bit late, no biggie. I'm very happy with the support information sent about my King song S18. I believe that it would be better to fill out this review after I receive the wheel. But, so far so good. Supposed to arrive Monday. Originally second week of December. Then, Saturday... Not a problem if a signature wasn't required for delivery. Update: wheel has arrived. After a email to support with a response in less than 10 min, I am all set. My special instructions were lost in the shuffle so the driver almost left after knocking on my basement door. Perfect? Nope. Of course, neither am I. Good experience. I will recommend ewheels.”

“You need to vigilant and persistent in emails. They are busy so sometimes you have to message twice. They are salesmen. They will dodge a question before they would give you a straight answer that may discourage you. Nice guys, but there is room for improvement. The website has mostly thorough information, though I would like a schematic of my wheel. Website is acceptable yet a little awkward to navigate.”

Hi there, Thank you for the review. We're not perfect at eWheels, but we do try our utmost to advise customers to the best of our ability. In addition we really do our best not to sell products that we don't believe in, - even products in our own inventory and ready to ship that day, - an easy buck! We do this on a daily basis (the surplus of sub-par products is not ideal, but we won't sell it if we don't believe in it. We value our customers much more than that). “Bought my first EUC and so far the ewheels service has been very good. Had called for some advice and obtained good info to make a decision. My order, a Inmotion V8, has been delivered on time and well packaged.”

“I purchased a scooter yesterday I came very quickly it was easy to assemble but I do have an issue with the scooter and its speed customer service did contact me within the same day and is contacting me today to correct the problem if they correct the problem promptly and swiftly I would have to say that it's a 5 star service so it's yet to be seen hopefully today all my issues are handled and I can ride happy and trouble free thanks for everything so far guys”

“I have now has my Turbowheel Swift for almost 3 months and I absolutely love my little beast. She picks up a little slow but that can be a good safety feature when traveling in the city. I stay comfortable in mode 2 and I haven’t explored the higher speed on this unit. In other words, I have never tried max speed. It’s pretty fast in mode 2. My only complaint is that my left handlebar can be turned even while screwed into the stem. My right one doesn’t move but I can’t figure out where to tighten to prevent the left one from turning. I have to tighten the handlebars often because of this.”

“Our wheel was back ordered and delayed but I really appreciate that ewheels maintained contact to keep us in the loop. Hopefully our other wheels come soon because we are using them for videos on our YouTube channel with 11 million subscribers.”

“I think you guys do a great job, you've been very responsive and getting updates from you about the wheel was helpful. I think the S18 was rushed to production, and wish you had waited longer before releasing their wheel. Mine works fine, but their have been lots of complaints from other buyers and I can definitely see where adjustments can be made to improve this wheel.”

“Wheel was shipped fast and came in good condition. Would give a 5 star but there were no documents or anything with the wheel, just a few 30amp fuses sprinkled I'm the box with it. Still don't know what they are from! Website does need some updating.”
