You need to vigilant and persistent in emails. They are busy so sometimes you have to message twice. They are salesmen. They will dodge a question before they would give you a straight answer that may discourage you. Nice guys, but there is room for improvement. The website has mostly thorough information, though I would like a schematic of my wheel. Website is acceptable yet a little awkward to navigate.
