I cannot thank the team at eWheels enough, especially Nick and Jason, for helping me get my Begode Master V3 back up and running. I was completely stuck, my wheel had the original Begode controller, and I had no idea a newer version had been released. That is, until Nick and Jason stepped in and patiently walked me through everything.
Once I placed the order for the new controller, I found out it was on national backorder. Most companies would’ve just left me in the dark, but not eWheels. They kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know what was happening behind the scenes and when I could expect the part. That level of communication is rare and so appreciated.
When the controller finally arrived, we hit another snag: wiring the new controller to the display. I thought I’d reached another dead end, but again, Nick came through with precise, easy-to-follow guidance that got us reconnected and, for the first time in a month, my EUC had power again!
Then came the final hurdle, the wheel still wouldn’t engage. Total buzzkill… until Nick once more had the perfect answer. Turns out it was in transport mode (something I could find nowhere online). Nick provided the exact instructions I needed, and just like that the Begode Master V3 was alive and running smoothly again.
There’s absolutely no way I could’ve done any of this without the support, patience, and deep knowledge from the team at eWheels. They went above and beyond at every single step, and it made all the difference. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This wasn’t just customer service, it was a partnership, and one I’ll never forget.
