Love Ewheels and service, I only have problem with shipping they use from FedEx, both new EUC I bought is always last min notification a day late when package is 30mins away, I wish they use UPS instead.

I love this wheel... Now! I had major issues unlocking tha factory setting to enable configuration. It took me 2 hours and many youtube videos, there were 0 instructions with the wheel!!! You really have to grip the trigger under the handle and push the button 5 times fast! If the gyro doesn't kick in after that IT IS STILL LOCKED!!!! wish someone would have trouble shooted that little detail because I kep trying to configure the wheel forever and was super frustrated. Once it was running it was great!!!! The Begode app didn't work for me (maybe because it was still locked) I ended up using EUC world but don't understand all the configuration options availble. Time to play with it to fine tune it to my riding style. Petals: Mine came with super nobby petals not sure if that is standard now or not I have those on my MUNI, it's probably a good thing but your foot won't budge once it's in place (good or bad)I tried to adjust the petals myself to stay up when using the troley but they just flop down every time (still). No one was available to sign on Friday (Missed the driver by 15 minutes) and had to wait until Monday afternoon!!!

I had a pleasant experience dealing with eWheels. I had questions about the scooter I was considering and sent an email asking them. I got a response within hours, and then placed my order. Again, within hours I received an email notifying me the product was shipping that day, with a tracking number. Two days later I checked on the tracking and saw that the carrier had not received the shipment yet. I emailed asking about it. First thing Monday morning (California time) I received an apologetic response saying there'd been a mixup, and that the item would be shipped that day, which it was. Customer service was excellent, Yet one star missing for the mixup in shipping.

eWheels was great to work with throughout the purchase process. They were very quick with shipping, and answered my questions right away, even on a Sunday! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I purchased the KingSong 16XS, and on the website it shows the new dark grey version, but I received the common Black/Carbon Fiber version. Not a deal breaker since I had never seen that color in YouTube videos so I assumed it was new, and I am fine with the carbon fiber, it would just be nice to know what you are getting when you purchase it.

Ewheels seems like a good company and I like the V11 that I bought, but it has a flaw that I would think would be plain to see. The cap that covers the bottom suspension has almost nothing to hold on to so you can tighten it. I really like the wheel but I lost one of the caps after just riding a few times. I wouldn't expect anyone to be able to tighten that cap with there bear hands.

My purchase of a KingSong 16XS was pretty easy here. I ordered on Black Friday and it took 8 days to arrive from when I ordered it. They didn't send it till the following Monday , so eWheels was quick to get it out since it was in stock. The courier was a day late. That is on the courier, not eWheels. What I think would be helpful - and the reason for the 4 stars - is if they have a section on the website that is more geared towards first time EUC riders (I may have missed it, if present). While I have watched a lot of videos prior to ordering and since, I'm finding out about all of the little things I need to order from amazon or other sources. A quick note about suggested protection gear would be nice. The couple items that would have been great to know when I was ordering all of my stuff is really centered around the tire inflation. My EUC arrived with about 15 psi - which I am okay with knowing some of the shipping restrictions. I am a heavier rider (245 lbs / 111 kg) and that just isn't enough to really use right away. The inflation valve has very minimal clearance and needs a special valve extension that will screw onto the valve which regular air pumps can then be attached to. Once this item comes in (and I get back from a business trip) I should be ready to start practicing and riding my EUC. Overall I will recommend anyone to eWheels that wants to get into EUC riding.

Hello, I want to say that I had a great experience with E-wheels. Had I known that you had scooters available at Compton, I would of bought it sooner. Truth is, I ordered one before, but had to return it, due to a bad battery that couldn’t make the mileage claimed. It took me a while before I finally received it, because it was shipped from San Francisco. I ordered this Vsett scooter from E-wheels and picked it up the same day. Thank You!

Great speedy service with uni experts with competitive pricing on newer wheels. I am very happy with the pickup and delivery options and the email service for questions about new upcoming wheels. Packaging is done well. I just wish they had a shop where we could go and test out new wheels before investing 3-4k in them.

This is my first EUC and I had never tried one. I wanted to buy a used wheel to "test the waters" but they are as rare as hen's teeth. (and cost almost what a new one would). So I decided to pull the trigger and buy a new from a reputable online site and am glad i chose eWheels. The advice from their site helped me decide which model was best for me, the ordering process was easy, I was constantly kept in the loop of how the order was proceeding and it arrived sooner than expected. EWheels also sent some good links on where to get the best apps and training videos. No regrets on my choice of wheel; seems perfect for a starter. Bottom line: great service without the usual follow-up ads and pestering to buy more.

I purchased an Inmotion V11 from eWheels (EW)site. For the most part my experience with the EW team was positive with one very big snag. When I received the notification that my wheel had cleared customs and was ready to be shipped out, I was sent a link to pay the remainder of my balance and offers to purchase any upgrades I wanted. I opted for the rapid charger and also paid extra for expedited shipping. When I was told that my whole purchase would be shipped out, I made sure I was waiting at my house to receive the FedEx to make sure my wheel didn’t get stolen. Lo and behold there was no box on my porch. After raging for an hour, trying to talk to FedEx and getting the run around there I finally reached out to the EW group. All questions and concerns have to be done through email which is supremely frustrating when you are pulling your hair out thinking your $2000 plus item is poof. I can understand for ease of users email is good, but when there’s an obvious issue maybe giving out a number to reach a live person instead of 20 minute wait to get a back and forth “talk” would go a long way towards helping a situation calm down. Through emails with EW, I found out that my wheel had it even shipped yet, instead it was broken up into 2 parts, the upgraded charger which was delivered and then my wheel which was “shipping out tomorrow”. If I had known it was going to be broken up I wouldn’t have stressed thinking it had been stolen for two hours nor would I have paid extra for the expedited shipping. All of the problems I had could have been nullified with some clearer communication. All that being said, the actual customer service with the whole team not only with this issue, but others that I had along the way set my mind at ease and other than the frustrating parts I believe I made the right choice going with EW and will not hesitate to use them again for my next purchases. They really are the way to go!

Everything came great! And thanks for the free wrist-guard it came with!!! Just 1 complaint on the adress line 2 was missing the suite number. So it did not deliver in time to the corresponding suite... had to pay a fee to bring it to the correct one. I will keep buying more from ewheels in the future.

As a first time buyer I was a little disappointed to see that instructions to getting started was not in the box, nor was there anything about the pads or the correct positioning for the pads. But if figured it out then. Overall I'm learning to love it more and more.

Jason was very helpful in helping me choose a first euc (ks16x). Shipping was very fast and went out the same day I ordered it. Upon receiving the product, I found that I had been shipped the wrong wheel(only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars). Not a big deal as I know mistakes can happen, and one quick call to Jason and I had the right wheel on the way with equally fast shipping. This is the customer service I read about and was why I ordered from ewheels. Ewheels and Jason did not disappoint and I can already tell this will not be the last wheel I order from them as I am loving this thing!

Decent shipping time, but better Canadian shipping options are needed...Fed Ex is WAY too expensive. The parts I received were not what I was expecting. The website needs a zoom function for pictures of parts and the descriptions for parts could be more clear.
