Excellent customer service! Despite the included scooter carrying strap not arriving with the scooter as expected, eWheels quickly sent another strap on its way. Unfortunately, the strap does not seem to be compatible with the E-TWOW GT SE due to its design (or I could just be too stupid to figure it out). A different website (https://theescooterco.com/products/e-twow-shoulder-strap) reveals that "this shoulder strap is compatible with the E-Twow S2 Booster, Master and Eco, as well as the URBN 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2." - notably NOT the GT series. Now I have a strap that does nothing for me. Maybe I can return it or pass it on to someone else who can use it...
