I bought a very expensive wheel from eWheels that arrived DOA. That’s Dead On Arrival. Their solution was to have me open up the wheel myself and replace a part of the motherboard. I honestly found it astounding they would trust an unknown customer with just opening up a new piece of highly technical and dangerous machinery known to explode inside homes. They sent me a replacement part. I let them know I didn’t feel comfortable with repairing it. Now I am currently waiting on connecting with a 3rd party repair shop in my local area to do the repair. This is not the experience that I had hoped for when I chose to do business with eWheels. I really hope I can write a better review soon.

I bought a euc but unfortunately it had some major issues from the start. Once I returned it they said that they didn’t see anything wrong with the wheel-WRONG!! Also they said I won’t be receiving any discounts like they are giving out to everyone else because they had to eat the cost of getting the DEFECTIVE wheel returned back to them! I say if you send out wheels that are junk you SHOULD eat the cost of having it returned back!! I will not be purchasing any products from E-Wheels anymore!

I ordered $300 worth of items they they mistakenly put sign on delivery and messed up my address. I dropped everything three days in a row to get this package. Have driven an hour each way two days in a row to go pick it up and I still don’t have the package. I don’t think I will ever deal with E wheels again especially with the lack of service/solutions have gotten from their customer service team.

Thanks for the feedback. 1) Fedex automatically requires a signature if the value is over $300 2) We communicated that we could hold the package at the nearest location, did not receive a response 3) Fedex had failed to deliver twice, not three times 4) Made several attempts to work with you for delivery options, but between the Fedex standard procedures & not receiving responses to our messages/calsl, makes for an impossible situation

horrible waranty service. Been a month and still now wheel. Refuse to send a new one. They blame the techincian for breaking the wheel, but they were sent videos of the defective parts and they sent new ones. The technican gave a detailed description of the defects and known issues with the wheel, the second technician concured and showed me his own pictures of the same issue happening. ewheels takes no accountability and puts all the blame on the mechanic. They refuse to replace the wheel, or do their job, just throw new parts at a lost cause and take no consideration as to how it affects the customer. Just say shit like we can't just keep replacing parts its expensive and then they want me to pay for half of the cost of repairing the wheel. Don't believe the sponsored bull you hear about this company being the best, it is most definitely not. I am just sick of emailing them and getting a this is on you response, or it will be taken care of half baked crap, at some point I just have to shed light on my experience.

Extremely disappointed in how the delivery process has been handled. I would not expect this from professional companies and will not be doing business with Ewheels nor recommending them to to anyone for purchases in the future.

Shipment service is a disaster, third day I cannot get it because of the seller put an option 'signature required'. I am very disappointed with not being able to receive my order. Please nevver

I'm not remotely satisfied with my order. I got the wrong EUC, no tracking number from the shipping company I used, was charged twice for shipping, and I doubt I'll be getting compensation for all of this headache. Shipping to Hawaii seems to be the most difficult task for any company, and even to get my order right after waiting 2 and a half months just to get the wrong wheel is the worst feeling in the world. Hope no one else has to deal with this in the future.

I haven't enjoyed riding my scooter since it was delivered. I've had to change the all the tubes in the both tires and attempts to reach customer support has not been successful. Please do not buy any product from this company. They do not care about their customers. A word to the wise is enough.

I have yet to receive my Kingsong S22 Euc. I’ve had a deposit since November 2021 and made a final payment over a week ago. I’ve only gotten news the item has not shipped yet due to customs hold. I’m from Maine and have a limited time before winter to ride and this is my first EUC purchase. It would be really nice to have this shipped soon. The poor rating may not be EWHEELS issue. If and when this major issue gets resolved, I may edit this review.

Horrible service. No one is returning my calls. I been trying to get a replace wheel. I had the scooter for three days and now have a flat tire. I’m extremely disappointed.

I got my E wheel with no experience whatsoever in these products! I expected to get an extensive instruction pamphlet from start which would be charging the device to finish which would be learning how to ride it!! They did explain how to charge the device but that’s about it!!! I am very unhappy with this product so far I’ve only had it for just under a week and I’ve been trying to figure out how to ride it and I almost feel like I received my E wheel broken because it does not go like I think it should!!!! I cannot come up with any answers because nowhere around Seattle sells them and not many people know how to use them so I am kind of SOL so far!?

The product didn't arrive on time, original arrival date should be yesterday, but delay for additional one more week according to recent update. very unsatisfied. the only reason I purchase this item is because you guys have a fast shipping system, I searched on AliExpress, they have the KS s18 protective cover which is only $60 and free shipping, but wait for 7 to 30 days. I was willing to pay more money to get the item earlier, but end up with disappointment.

I recently contacted your customer service with a steering problem on a recent scooter purchase (a so called notch in the steering mechanism.) I deem to be unsafe. Your so-called customer service response was really nonsensical. Your return policy compared to Amazon is a joke. I will not recommend your website or purchase from your website.

Thank you for your feedback, certain attributes of a product are not to everyone's tastes. >95% of Lightning/10X Owners do not mind the notch for keeping the steering 'on track', especially at the higher speed, this helps reduce wobbles. "Most Customers report that this improves in time, linkage frees up, & the behaviour becomes 2nd nature. On the Vsett 10+ they removed this notch, with the result that many owners are asking why they did this...."

I actually do not want to give them even a star but to give a review I did. I believe they sent me a defective scooter because when I got it the front motor didn't work. They said shipped it back to them, so their technician can fix it. When I got it back from them within 10 minutes I rode it, the scooter became unbalance and fell, it caused accident and get hurt. It takes me a few days before I was able to look at it, found out the cables wrapped around the steering wheel which made it could not turn to either left or right and also affected the rear brake which in turn made it to fall. The scooter is worse than I got it the first time (front motor did not work), thanks to their so called technician. I will not send it back to them to fix it knowing what happened. It has been three weeks emailed them not only they did not want to refund me which I thought that is the right thing to do, and when I asked to send the cable and throttle so I can try to fix it they keep asking me to send photos which I did for this 3 weeks, and now they asked me to send videos. They do not have any intention to refund me nor send parts. Buyers beware where you buy your scooter.

The throttle is very touchy and it’s very difficult to control. its not as easy to maneuver as a Segway scooter. If you’re looking for something that has a lot of torque this is the scooter for you but if not it does not fit someone who is an intermediate writer who occasionally wants to ride. The board is fast but it really doesn’t have a lot of finesse when it comes to the throttle control.
