Box came damaged. Back wheel break pad is damaged And their solution is to bend it back.

I actually do not want to give them even a star but to give a review I did. I believe they sent me a defective scooter because when I got it the front motor didn't work. They said shipped it back to them, so their technician can fix it. When I got it back from them within 10 minutes I rode it, the scooter became unbalance and fell, it caused accident and get hurt. It takes me a few days before I was able to look at it, found out the cables wrapped around the steering wheel which made it could not turn to either left or right and also affected the rear brake which in turn made it to fall. The scooter is worse than I got it the first time (front motor did not work), thanks to their so called technician. I will not send it back to them to fix it knowing what happened. It has been three weeks emailed them not only they did not want to refund me which I thought that is the right thing to do, and when I asked to send the cable and throttle so I can try to fix it they keep asking me to send photos which I did for this 3 weeks, and now they asked me to send videos. They do not have any intention to refund me nor send parts. Buyers beware where you buy your scooter.

The throttle is very touchy and it’s very difficult to control. its not as easy to maneuver as a Segway scooter. If you’re looking for something that has a lot of torque this is the scooter for you but if not it does not fit someone who is an intermediate writer who occasionally wants to ride. The board is fast but it really doesn’t have a lot of finesse when it comes to the throttle control.

From the first day scooter was not working correctly when I use the rear brake scooter stops working extremely disappointed would recommend no one to buy I have not written a review yet I will get around to it and recommend that nobody buys you this particular scooter!!!!

From what I can see there will be no return allowed on something I dont feel safe riding.

Blamed Segway/Nine-bot for their shortcomings. Had to go to Segway directly to get a new motherboard, primary battery and 2nd battery replaced. Weeks later the rear brake just broke off. I wasn't even using it. Email below I sent to Segway as well: It is with much distaste that I have to write yet another email with issues with this scooter. I’m starting to wonder at what point do I give up on this thing, ship it back to you guys or E-Wheels, or whoever and ask for ALL of my money back! I’m pretty fed up with the issues, the shotty, worn out front tire with no option for just to purchase another tire (I’m told the entire motor assembly has to be replaced which I will not do. That’s insane), the lengthy time for replacing the motherboard and batteries last time and now this. Yesterday I ran to the grocery store on this scooter and on the way home the rear brake just breaks off. What’s even more crazy is that I wasn’t even using the rear brake at all!!! I was literally cruising down the paved bike trail and it just fell off. I have attached pictures to this email so you can see what I’m talking about. I limped home with no rear break which is a grave safety concern with being able to stop quickly. I feel like the longevity of this scooter isn’t going to hold up and I am now fearful to even use it to commute to work now for fear of it breaking and me crashing and getting hurt. As of now this is my formal email asking to return this scooter and I want all my money back. E-Wheels wasn’t helpful last time as apparently they aren’t an authorized partner of yours anymore and quite frankly I don’t care. That isn’t my problem and they literally blasted nine-bot (See attached email) about issues from their end as a vendor. Here I am caught in the middle of it with yet again, a broken scooter which is what I use to get to and from work all summer long. Let me know what I need to do to get my money back as I have a lemon here and I will *NOT* entertain fixing this anymore. This is pure insanity and I’m tired of dealing with all these issues.
