the torque MSP is my first wheel from eWheels. i have communicated with Jason and others of the team on many occasions about various items. I've been pleased. no pressure. informative. can ask any and many questions. I'm also very happy with my wheel. based on the quality of communication, i expect that minimum quality of service otherwise....hopefully I won't need any technical wheel service. I'm commuting with my wheel and realized how my previous wheel [MSV3] was holding me back. loving the wheel and service. thanks TEAM
