I think you guys do a great job, you've been very responsive and getting updates from you about the wheel was helpful. I think the S18 was rushed to production, and wish you had waited longer before releasing their wheel. Mine works fine, but their have been lots of complaints from other buyers and I can definitely see where adjustments can be made to improve this wheel.
