They gave me what I ordered.. I believe the frame was twisted. The pedals don't point the same angle. Shipping was pretty annoying and had to spend a day on the phone trying to figure out what was going on. Bit it works. They seem alright I guess. Edit: Both issues I had were handled thoroughly AND promptly by people at EWheels. I am extremely busy day in day out and don't like extra hassle but they worked through my issues and offered good solutions.
