Ordered a EB Commander Mini. Shipping was great and fast, got free wrist protection from ewheels too. Also got a customized email with tips for my specific product which is excellent. Unfortunately, mine was missing half the screws for parts on the railing. Not sure I can blame that on ewheels as they are just the distributer, but it's still slightly annoying for a $3k item. Luckily, I had some metric screws on hand to fasten the parts down for. Past that, everything else was flawless.
