This is my second purchase. My first one was terrific which brought me back. I am sad to say this past experience has not been so great. The scooter arrived with the outside shipping container intact but the inside was a complete mess. The scooter was not held in place and was flopping around. This is a 65 pound scooter. There also was no instruction manual included on how to use it. This is not a typical scooter.
