Ewheels did great. However FedEx was not so good. My package was late..4 days late and there were no updates...it just sat in cali...then sat in Burlington. Which sucked...but my BF who ordered his like 8 hours after me still hasn't gotten his. It's still sitting in Burlington and FedEx can't tell him where it is. He also paid extra to have it shipped. We are loving my wheel...and already looking to possible get the S20...but probably not gonna order from any sites that use FedEx for shipping in the future.
