Great company...my product came in great condition and the wheel is working well. My only problem is customer service...I know nothing about EUC's so I purchased my wheel but found another one(more expensive). I called to see if I could possibly upgrade. My response was no..it all ready shipped. I don't understand why shipping would be more important than a "up sale"..other than that, great company.
