Customer support response immediately, which Is comforting. I'm giving 3 stars cuase I would imagine spending $3200 that I wouldn't have both bottom pads fall off the first day of light riding. Little stuff, like velcro for the seat was in the wrong position. Tech was supposed to send a copy of what work was completed on the s22, never received. So overall I'm surprised or just unfortunate.
