The supply chain issues are making this an unpleasant experience. I gave my deposit 11 months ago and I still don't have my ewheel, and now I'm asked to make a review. None of this relates to the ewheels service I got, but it's still part of my experience as a customer.
Last I was told, my ewheel is still sittng in a container in LA waiting for Customs to allow for the container to be opened.
