"I cannot thank the team at eWheels enough, especially Nick and Jason, for helping me get my Begode Master V3 back up and running. I was completely stuck, my wheel had the original Begode controller, and I had no idea a newer version had been released. That is, until Nick and Jason stepped in and patiently walked me through everything.\r\n\r\nOnce I placed the order for the new controller, I found out it was on national backorder. Most companies would\u2019ve just left me in the dark, but not eWheels. They kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know what was happening behind the scenes and when I could expect the part. They went above and beyond at every single step, and it made all the difference. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
