“So wwheels as always fast shipping and great support only problem I have is that I got a tubeless tire and no valve stem and unfortunately that’s what I was needing to replace.”

“I wish every company I have ever done business with could even attempt to match the level of professionalism and quality service that has been delivered to me by eWheels. Any questions about products either purchased or not are answered swiftly and at seemingly any hour of the day. The team at eWheels is dedicated to providing the best customer service, up to and including sending spare screws for free, replacing defective parts above and beyond any manufacturer warranty, supplying tips and resources for repairs, and anything else you could ever ask for from a company. I would never hesitate to do business with them for any Electric Unicycle needs.”

“Ewheels was very professional in the sales transaction of my Aero purchase. All of my questions via email were generally responded to the same day. The answers from Nick and Jason were always very detailed, satisfying my Newby status. It is very apparent that both of them are completely knowledgeable about all their inventory and the workings of the wheels. My questions were largely ones asking about the learning curve involved in feeling comfortable and safe in my ability to get better. Both Nick and Jason must be accomplished EUC Riders themselves, as they always knew how to address my learning problems. When I told them that I had a fall, they were genuinely concerned in figuring out what had caused it. I could go on and on over the amount of help that they gave me, but the most important thing I can share to prospective buyers is that I will buy my next wheel from Jason, Nick and Ewheels. Even if I could get a better deal elsewhere, …… the service after the sale from Ewheels is the best in the industry. Dennis”

“I purchased a Lynx Euc. Ordered one evening, and literally five minutes after clicking order i recieved a personal email thanking me for my order. My wheel came within days. Way faster than anticipated. I recieved emails with setup instructions while i waited. Just an awesome experience all around. Solid recommendation for this place. I own a few businesses myself and i know what it takes. These folks know as well.”

“I have never delt with a online company that is more attractive to their customers needs. Jason and Nick go above and beyound to make sure you are taken care of. I had multiple questions before my purchase and they responded th every one and even called me back when I did'nt leave a message. I boutht my V14 form them with no fear of getting the service I may need in the future.”

“I have been a customer for several years and I have to say the service and support by Jason, Nick and the team has been exemplary. They double checked my shipping address on my first wheel to ensure it would arrive safely and then followed up with a care package of several component upgrades (trolley handle, pedals, buzzer, etc) free of charge! They quickly respond to any questions with detailed information, not canned responses, even on weekends. Items are typically shipped the same day and arrive much faster than expected. Many times the packages have included extra components that might be helpful for the project at hand.”

“eWheels is my preferred source for EUC parts. Every aspect of the shopping experience is excellent. Orders are processed and shipped quickly and delivery time is incredibly short. The customer service is unmatched. They provide communication through out the whole process. So you never have to wonder about the status of your order. They let you know exactly what you need to know regarding the installation of your parts and insure you have everything you need for install.
