“Fantastic customer support, I had a minor issue with the hall sensor when my Aero arrived and they talked me through the whole repair! It arrived on time and works great now, it even had the holes pre drilled for the pedal kit, ill absolutely be using ewheels from now on!”

“eWheels provide top-knotch customer service! Jason and the team are quick to respond to emails, communicate clearly, and prompt at fulfilling orders and having them ship out ASAP. Sometimes I'm not sure what exactly I need or know how to go about resolving an issue when I contact eWheels. But afterwards, I learn something new and always come away as a very happy customer. Highly recommend eWheels for all your EUC needs!!!”

“eWheels consistently provides the best comprehensive resources for anyone who is interested , buys and rides Electric Unicycles in the United States. I have made several purchases over the last few years and I am always impressed with eWheels level of proactive and immediate communication, knowledge and enthusiasm in this fantastic sports/activity. They provide great values, excellent website for e-commerce and phenomenal customer service and troubleshooting/answers when needed. This excellence is top down and exists throughout their organization and process. I would never consider buying anyhting EUC from anywhere other than eWheels. eWheels is FIRST CLASS.”

“Ewheels is the best customer service I've experienced from any company ever! They are fast, informative, generous, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, accommodating and I could go on. They sent complementary wrist guards which I never considered wearing before. They always respond quickly to emails. They even send instructions for using their products and advise. They deserve recognition and will continue to get my business for the foreseeable future.”

“Ewheels has always been amazing with the aftersales service, I thought that because I was tech savvy that I could deal with these dropshippers but I was screwed and left holding the bag, big regret, I now see the value in a company that leverages their buisness relationships to benefit the customers, not some petty bs operation run out the back of someone's garage where they ignore your emails for months hoping youll forget. E wheels is some of the most responsive customer experience I've seen even outside of this industry it just feels great.”

“What can I say the eWheels team are the best when it comes time to purchase a new EUC. Extremely responsive customer service and willing to assist in any way they can. Shipping times are incredible as well! My wheel arrived on the ship from China on Monday and I had it in my possession within a week. Can’t ask for better service!
