“Best EUC Dealer, Period. I had a genuinely complicated situation — my KingSong S16 Pro went into deep-discharge lockout after sitting too long without a charge, and I came to eWheels not even sure the wheel was salvageable. Tim, Jason, and Nick handled everything with patience and professionalism from the very first email. They walked me through my options clearly, gave me honest expectations about recovery odds, quoted me fair prices upfront, and committed to not doing any major work without my approval first. When I decided to send it in, they made the shipping process painless and even offered to take photos for a resale listing. The repair itself came in at $720 covering both the battery pack replacement and bearings — and they didn't nickel-and-dime me when the bearing issue came to light mid-repair. Turnaround was fast, communication was consistent, and the whole thing was shipped back with tracking before I even had to ask for an update. If you ride EUCs and something goes sideways, there's nowhere else I'd send my wheel. These guys know the hardware, they're straight with you, and they actually care about the outcome. Absolute top-tier service.”

“Wrong Handlebar Grip Set from List page. This version doesn’t fit on my E-twow scooter which uses a pin to keep the rubber handle bar in place. My current handlebar grip are deteriorating so this set is useless and didn’t match what I bought.”

“I broke a part of my inmotion v14. With zero help from the manufacturer I turned to e-wheels. E-wheels responded to me on the weekend. Within a week I had the part I needed and was back out riding. Big giant thank you to e-wheels.”

“I received Stigo B1 very quickly after ordering. The top of battery plastic connector piece was damaged during shipping and eWheels quickly send a replacement. Stigo B1 is build quite solid, ride smooth and free of noise on rough road. The key on the battery is strictly for releasing battery from the bike frame. It would be nice if the key can disable the battery power to prevent thief. There is no App like those for the electric unicycle to monitor bike status and save trip statistic.”

“After a little bit of back and forth with two of the very knowledgeable support folks, I rushed to buy a full replacement wheel assembly for my v11y I recently wrecked. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to order the other components I needed to replace also. The website automatically charged me standard shipping fees for the second order. Without any communication from me, or them, eWheels refunded the shipping on my second order. No poking, no prodding, no phone call or email needed. I have NEVER had another company do the right thing for me as a customer just cuz. A+ customer support.”

“When it comes to DIY on electric unicycles. Parts are extremely important. Whenever I need a part to get my wheel back and running fast. Ewheels will either have them in stock, or get what is needed asap. They will even make sure that the part is what you really need by assisting you with a little step by step troubleshooting. This helped me by saving money. The team at Ewheels will do their very best to help get you riding again fast!!”

“Not only did I get exactly what I ordered. Before 5 PM the day I placed the order. It was shipped with the tracking number. I did not pay for two day shipping. It arrived in three days. There is no doubt I will return at the next opportunity for business.”

“I had some issues with my recent order, mostly around shipping/import charges and a missing part that was supposed to be included. That said, Jason and eWheels did follow through and made it right by sending the parts out quickly and including extra seals as well. The wheel itself has been great so far, and I appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions before and after the sale. The process wasn’t perfect, but what matters to me is that they stood behind it in the end. Overall, I’d still recommend eWheels for EUC purchases, especially because after-sales support matters so much in this industry.”
