“After researching about PEVs/EUCs for months and hearing wide acclaim of Ewheels I chose to try them out to purchase my first EUC. I was blown away by Ewheel's in many areas and realized they are an extraordinary company on so many levels. FIrstly they have a slick online website which is easy to navigate and well laid out has an awsome selection of PEVs and parts. After my purchase I experienced the best customer service and communication I could ever have imagined and I have over 30 years experience as an operation executive in the US and Asia that always took pride in my ops for great customer service. Ewheels team are the BEST! They are always quick to provide guidance with the single goal of helping PEV customers in educating them, making decisions and troubleshooting any technical challenges from the quickly evolving products. Unparalled communication/responsiveness. Any and all future PEV/EUC purchases that I make will be from Ewheels.”

“ewheels has been nothing but first-rate in every interaction I've had. They've been very proactive in helping me fix a couple of problems I had (that were my fault); their customer service is simply excellent. They're prompt in answering correspondence, and extremely helpful on any inquiry. I very much recommend them if you want anything EUC related.”

“Ewheels has been super communicative so far throughout the process of getting this wheel and then getting the wheel set up. If I had to say one thing about something, I wish I had been a little more aware of was information regarding cut outs on this particular wheel, the falcon. Not a dealbreaker at all, but I just think that anyone selling this wheel should say upfront that it is really easy to overpower it, especially for someone who weighs around 180 pounds. Another small thing is that I wish he Ewheels could have offered to install the heavier duty suspension springs before the wheel arrived so I didn't have to take the wheel apart immediately. But like I said, overall so far so good.”

“I have bought 4 wheels from ewheels S18, OG Sheran, S22Pro and a Patton. They take great care of the wheels they sell. I had a recent crash of my Patton which i flew off of it (my fault) landing hard on concrete only to have my Patton hit by a truck and the flying Patton took me down like a boaling pin. There was extensive damage to the wheel. Ewheels fixed it in 48 hours and sent it back to me looking and feeling like a new wheel. All that work for $500 including shipping. Nobody gives you that kind of care. i will keep buying EUCs from ewheels for life.”

“Great customer service and follow through is a rare thing now and days but eWheels has it. Even before anything was purchased they quickly responded to all my questions and concerns. I spoke to multiple different people over a week before purchase and all were very knowledgeable. When I finally made the purchase I was confident in my choice after discussing various options and wheels. The wheel arrived unscathed despite the shipping companies best attempts to get vengeance on the poor cardboard box that wronged them. 10/10, will order from them again.”

“I’m 54 & this is my first wheel. I went with the Begode Falcon. Wheel was shipped quick & Ewheels sent me links to getting started & respond quick to questions. Every time I call I get an actual person to speak with which is great. Been on it only a few times but each time is a lil more progress. “The customer support from these guys is unreal. As an example, I bought a spring for my ET Max about 4 months ago. I never installed it and pretty much forgot about it. Just a week ago, I ordered another one! I realized my mistake about a day later, but when I emailed them, they had already sent it out. They immediately refunded my money which I got within 24 hours before I even got a chance to send it back. Also, I've bought all my wheels from them and have never had a hardware problem with any of my purchases, even though I've bought first run wheels. It's hard to imagine better customer service and I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in EUC.”

I have purchased several PEV from Ewheels including the Begode Extreme (twice), the Vsett 10+ Electric Scooter, and the Inmotion climber. Ewheels provides a memorable and great experience from start to finish. They are available and willing to answer any questions you may have, are great at shipping purchases in a timely and easy manner, and their follow up support after purchases are made are great. All the PEVS that i bought so far have come perfectly packaged, well protected, and with all the items shown on the product description. Most items ship and arrive within one to two days, which is very convenient. And they follow up with you to ensure you received your items without any issues. And, if you have product questions or need additional parts, or just anything else related to your purchase, then they are there to help. Ewheels is my sole source for PEV purchases, parts, and customer support. I highly recommend Ewheels for all of your PEV purchases and needs!”
