“My First EUC! So far so great, I’m learning extremely slowly. Being 43 y/o and over 200lbs I’m not as athletic as I once was so I’m taking it easy. I did have to shave the knobby B tire (3.5” wide) down a bit on the sides so it doesn’t rub but this tire looks and feels so BEEFY, I absolutely love it. This wheel is much easier to learn on than the much larger commander pro I borrowed from a friend. That thing killed my back just from constantly hopping off and catching it. The Aero is easy to throw in and out of the suv for transport unlike Cpro and is just a pleasure to learn on. I’m glad I went through Ewheels and have the added security of knowing I’m in good hands if something goes wrong with the wheel. If you’re on the fence about getting an Aero, just hit checkout, you won’t regret it. It’s super light (for an EUC), suspension is incredible, built like a tiny tank, I feel like I’ll always keep this wheel even if I upgrade to a larger one later, this wheel will always have use case and my kids can learn on it too if they’d like. It’s amazing. I rode onewheels for several years and I’m glad and excited to have ventured into EUC’s these are bang for the buck the best PEV out there. And no fear of Ghosting!”

“This is the 5th wheel i have purchased from eWheels. KingSong S18, Veteran Sherman (OG), KS 22p, Veteran Patton and Veteran Sherman L. All wheels arrived on time, in prestine condition and at a competetive price. Service is where ewheels shines. I had my s22 hit by a truck (entirely my fault), and they rebuilt it, and upgraded the motor, rim and shocks for about $500 dollars (including shipping and labor). They practically gave me a new EUC for $500. They felt bad i had badly maimed my new S22, and wanted to help. Fine another dealer that would do that.”

“I recently repaired a friend’s Veteran Lynx and worked with ewheels.com to source a replacement BMS. I was impressed right from the start—they required an order number and even reached out to the original owner to confirm the wheel wasn’t stolen. That gave me confidence in their integrity, while still helping me in the meantime so I didn’t have to sit around waiting for support. They sold me a LeaperKim Veteran Lynx BMS, and since I had already done several repairs on the wheel, they gave me a discount and even held the part for three weeks while I got the funds together. That kind of patience and customer support is rare, and I really appreciated it. Installation went smoothly and the BMS worked without issue. The only thing I would have liked was a short instruction note—something simple about the soldering points or the order of connections just to confirm I was doing it right. Not a big deal, but a little reassurance would have been nice. I also had to replace a few bad cells during the process. It would be great if ewheels carried nickel bus bar pads, since reusing the old ones wasn’t ideal. Still, everything worked out and the wheel is running great now. Overall, ewheels.com impressed me with their honesty, flexibility, and real customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.”

“The service from ewheels never disappoints. They are very communicative and proactive in providing useful product guidance even before the product is delivered. It’s also great to have a product that is ready to ride right out of the box, with the power pads and custom-cut Velcro included. My latest purchase also included a nice Easter egg — a high quality pair of fingerless wrist guards! Thank you!”

“Nick & Jason at eWheels are the definition of quality customer service. I contacted them as a second-hand purchaser of an Inmotion RS that was orginally bought from them. Without hesitation, they provided a days worth of attention helping me troubleshoot my scooter, resulting in a smart purchase of the correct parts needed to fix my ride. The eWheels team is what everyone is looking for in the days of eCommerce - they sell top products, and most importantly, have the expertise and parts to support through the lifecycle/post sale. “TLDR; Amazing customer service, always willing to help with general inquiries. Purchase from this place! Honestly the best customer service I have ever had from a company like this. Their communication is top tier in my opinion. I have had issues with my Sherman S(not purchased through them) and went to them for replacement parts. Any questions I had about repairs, parts, and materials have all been answered in detail and sometimes extra details I didn't think of asking for. Recently I purchased an oryx which had some control board issues(problems with early buy in sometimes happens) they messaged me about the potential issue asked me if I wanted to wait for new control boards to come in and they install it or if I just wanted it shipped and I could install the board myself. I opted to receive it early and install the board myself. I had it for about 50 miles when I ran into leaperkims control board issue. Once installed we found out there was another separate issue with the wheel. They walked me through all the diagnoses and when we could not solve the issue remotely, scheduled a pickup to send it back to them for diagnoses and repair. Within the same day of receiving it they responded to me everything they did with images and video of the repair working and have sent it back to me. I often like to be early buy in on stuff I'm interested in because I don't mind too much the potential head aches involved with it, but this experience in addition to past info queries has been the best of all the experiences I have had with other companies. Genuinely worth it to purchase from this place.”
