“Jason was super helpful and responsive through the whole process working with him. Shipping was also much faster than expected which was great. One thing to note, if you decide to use a hold location to deliver your EUC make sure its a hold location that can hold items with batteries. Fed-EX will put a shipment exemption error on your package and wont be able to give you any helpful info or tell you the reason for the error. I couldnt get any answers from Fed-EX cusotmer service so after 4 days with no updates I drove to the last Fed-EX station that had my package, and luckily I was able to get my package there. Thats when they told me that it hadnt been delivied because I had it set to be held at a location that wont hold Items with battery's. I was pretty annoyed with Fed-Ex, but im very happy with my EUC and very happy with how helpful and responsive eWheels has been. I will only purchase from ewheels going forward!”

“My second wheel from ewheels. The people there are great and truly amazing as to how fast they respond. I could have gotten the wheel a little cheaper from another seller that offered a military discount. But I put my money where my mourh is and went with ewheels because of their excellent help and follow up with the first wheel I bought from them. Highly recommend.”

“Jason/Nick have always gone above and beyond helping me with all of my purchases Ive purchased a Aero and a Master v4 from them... Aftersales support is well worth the slightly higher price... I work on my own wheels, and they've sent parts and advice.”

“I received my Begode Falcon in 3 days, not a single flaw to be seen. I am having a hard time finding time to learn how to ride due to cervical and lumbar fusions in the last 3 months and having knee replacement this week and as soon as I can rehab, will replace the other knee. Even though I can’t ride or schedule time to learn yet, I am scoping out my next purchase, a bigger more powerful machine. I want something capable of 50 to 60 mph, but only so that it is never pushed beyond its limits, I do not plan to ever persue 40 mph or more but I beleave I will limit myself to 20 mph with a max speed some day of 35 mph if that.”

“Ewheels customer service is the best. Bought my first wheel 3 years ago from them. Didn’t know what to get and Scott was really helpful with my decision. Bought the Inmotion V10F. Broke off the trolley handle clip and he sent me a new one at no charge. At 2200 miles replaced tire and tube, he sent a second tube at no charge in case I punctured the first one. Decided to order a Nosfet Areo from Ewheels. The wheel arrived in 4 days. Very happy with the Aero and Ewheels.”

“I cannot thank the team at eWheels enough, especially Nick and Jason, for helping me get my Begode Master V3 back up and running. I was completely stuck, my wheel had the original Begode controller, and I had no idea a newer version had been released. That is, until Nick and Jason stepped in and patiently walked me through everything. Once I placed the order for the new controller, I found out it was on national backorder. Most companies would’ve just left me in the dark, but not eWheels. They kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know what was happening behind the scenes and when I could expect the part. That level of communication is rare and so appreciated. When the controller finally arrived, we hit another snag: wiring the new controller to the display. I thought I’d reached another dead end, but again, Nick came through with precise, easy-to-follow guidance that got us reconnected and, for the first time in a month, my EUC had power again! Then came the final hurdle, the wheel still wouldn’t engage. Total buzzkill… until Nick once more had the perfect answer. Turns out it was in transport mode (something I could find nowhere online). Nick provided the exact instructions I needed, and just like that the Begode Master V3 was alive and running smoothly again. There’s absolutely no way I could’ve done any of this without the support, patience, and deep knowledge from the team at eWheels. They went above and beyond at every single step, and it made all the difference. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This wasn’t just customer service, it was a partnership, and one I’ll never forget. If you’re thinking of buying or fixing anything EUC-related, eWheels is the only place to go.”

“It is my opinion the service that I've received from Nick and Jason is exceptional. I purchased a replacement charger for my scooter.They were able to get it to me promptly when everyone else was months out. Communication is exceptional. They have answered all of my question during the process of repairing my scooter ( charger is just one issue ). They have went above and beyond and I can't express my gratitude.”

“Got my first wheel (Veteran Lynx) here at eWheels, was in the bit of a rush for a work trip, but Jason here at eWheels managed to get it delivered to me in Pittsburgh PA within a week, that was awesome, love my new wheel. “I had the best possible experience with this company that you could probably ever have with any company. Not only did the owner help me diagnose which parts I needed to be repaired but he helped get them to me as soon as possible at a very fair price which helped me get back on the road a lot quicker than I anticipated! Because of the great customer service I’m most likely gonna be a lifelong customer and I would recommend them to anyone!!!”
