I bought the Kingsong s16pro a few months ago. Wheel has been fantastic and this is my favorite wheel of all others. I like the lights on it as i take rides late at night and the visiblity helps. I had an issue with the wheel and eWheels Nick was amazing with his customer service. I appreciate the reply and ongoing conversation- this show that eWheels cares about EVERY customer. I highly reccommend using eWheels as your promary source for purchases, help, and euc information.
