The website is the easiest one to use and select your options on and the customer service is great. The wheel i got is a absolute blast and I think it's been tested to the limits and it is doing great still.

Jason and crew are the best in the industry. I deal with PEV manufacturers and resellers from all over the globe, Ewheels is consistently multiple tiers above the rest. Where other companies would string you along for weeks asking for videos and waiting to hear back from a "technician", Ewheels will just reply to you with the tracking number for the parts that you need. The upfront cost can be a little bit more expensive, but it more than covers the amazing customer service and product support that you get once you've actually spent your money with them.

The team at Ewheels is super helpful in providing support and troubleshooting issues. Response times and customer service clearly matter to them. I will continue to go to them first for my PEV needs.

Oh boy, we’ve had a few wheels over the past few years. Ewheels has been at the center. The fist time I needed help I was directed to “Jason @ eWheels” and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. Every time something happened they would be right there offering help, didn’t matter who answered the email, Jason, Nick, Bruce, they were always right there, not just to sell but to help. They have done so much for us, up until now every wheel I’ve purchased was second hand. Now we are the new owners of a pair of Lynx! I’m so excited, one of the boxes were shipped from them and one from one of their service centers, this one was so tore up I was worried but it was packed so well there were no issues at all, just ugly cardboard. I really couldn’t be happier with their service. Thanks to all of you at eWheels!

The Nosfet Aero and Apex wheels have been great. EWheels service and response, as usual, is fantastic. The only issue besides the apex charger not working at all after 4 partial charges, is the tire on the Apex seems to spin up and be untrue. It doesn’t seem like a bead issue and the rim doesn’t appear to be bent. Not sure if it is the way the tire was molded/made or if it is another issue. Hard to describe without a video.. Anyway, it’s minor, but for the price point and being a one tire machine, something that should have been quality checked before shipping. It really doesn’t cause much of an handling issue until around 30mph. From 35mph to 45mph, it quickly gets into some type of resonance that is something I don’t want to push past. I’m off to send an email to see what can be done to get a replacement charger as my Aero and Sherman chargers are both different connectors. The stock Apex charger which failed to power on has a QC sticker on it, but, I have my doubts about that lol. To end on positive note, the wheels are really feature rich and the options to dial them in is they way every new wheel should be. IMO, the Apex should come standard with the optional seat/trolly. ✌🏼☀️ Steve Evans

I've been getting my parts from eWheels for years and I'm very satisfied with their quick and personable service. The same reliable people answer questions quickly and get you taken care of for reasonable prices and very fast delivery. As much as the EUC culture has exploded in past years, the staff at eWheels are still personally vested in their customers' satisfaction. This is rare!

The customer support has an amazing response time and step by step instructions to help me identify and replace my brake parts. I was able to get a invoice for the part that I needed next day and delivered in less than a week. Fantastic job.

First EUC, no experience, 24 mile first day. I can’t speak to the torque or top speed on the Lynx, but I was cruising at 20-30 mph and had no crashes at speed. It’s heavy and a little squirrelly for a new rider, but if you’re worried about picking your ultimate wheel as your first wheel, as I was, I say go for it. For context, I’m a skier, snowboarder and eSk8 rider, and something lighter would be easier to learn on for sure.

I received my wheel within 5 business days, the wheel was packed perfectly, emails were sent with startup information, the wheel was given upgrades at no charge, and they've been super helpful with any questions I've had. Ill definitely shop here in the future for the comfort of having excellent customer service with my purchase.

Ewheels always has the best support and safety for their riders. For that reason I’ll always be quick to look at their wheels first. Have not had a bad experience with any of the 7 pev’s purchased over the years.

The service given by the team at eWheels is outstanding. When buying such a niche, specialized product like an EUC (especially in the USA) having the assistance and support of eWheels behind you makes the entire buying through ownership experience smooth and confidence inspiring.

My experience with ewheels has been great. I’ve put almost 700 miles on the Patent S in the past few months and have come to really appreciate what it brings and has to offer. I chose the 66 pound suspension and if I had to do it over again, I probably would’ve chosen the 62 pound as the Patent S has progressive springs so it’s gonna be more capable and ride stiffer than the first Patton. Nothing that cannot be undone though. I have ordered some 62 pound progressive springs just to compare and see if it’s better for my weight. If I’m being honest though, initially, I was very disappointed in the low end torque. The range is great, wheel speed is overclocked. GPS is 3 mph slower than wheel speed, but can hit 40 mph GPS comfortably with my 175 fully geared weight. I have since purchased the Inmotion V 14, which in hindsight was probably the wheel that I should’ve chosen in the 1st place. The low end torque on the V14 is absolutely present and puts a smile on my face. I'm pretty sure I’ll be keeping both wheels for each one of them have their own use case.
