“While I was lucky to place my new EUC order just a couple days before the new shipment arrived, the wheels were prepared and shipped immediately. I received notice they were shipped out the same day they arrived at EWheels on a Friday and I received it on the following Monday. This was followed up with a very informative instructional email on the wheel by Jason McNeil to insure my set up and operation of the new wheel was flawless. Like all my previous orders, this was a great experience and the technical support was well beyond my expectations. They even cared enough to warn me of the dangers of such a powerful machine. I have much respect for Jason and his crew at EWheels.com and appreciate all of their efforts to ensure my satisfaction.”

“Purchased a wheel from a previous owner and crashed it. Luckily the previous owner sold me the wheel still under warranty. Ewheels guided me throughout the mailing process. Not only did they have my wheel back in under 14 days after receiving it, they also added a tire and repaired my trolley handle upon request. And the team sent Velcro I forgot to ask for. Amazing job.”

“Great response time to my order, ordered on a Friday afternoon, had the wheel Monday (CA to CO). Good prices as well, and they were quick to respond to a "what's included" email. Will be purchasing my future wheels from eWheels!”

“My first attempt to purchase did not go as planned due to a Shopify system problem. Ewheels Support was very patient with me as I panicked due to payment showing success and no order existed. “The Lynx was my first wheel, and I learned how to ride pit! Top speed 15mph, but I’ve ridden parking lots, an alley and a 5 level garage. Ewheels was super fast & shipped me the wheel in four days. I hope to go faster and get more proficient in the weeks to come.”
