The ewheels team is amazing, the quality control and attention to detail is incredible. They really do care about their customers and are riders too making it easy to communicate with them. The Begode Falcon arrived in perfect condition, fully charged, with everything I needed and then some. No problems, but I know if I ever have any, the team is ready and willing to help me through it.
