From when I placed the order, to pulling the wheel out of it's box and discovering it to me fully assembled, battery fully charged ready to ride, it was an inimitable experience. Ewheels are very attentive. They greeted and thanked me, updated me frequently, answered questions, and put together very useful information about the product. I can't say enough good things about shopping here
