Jason, Nick and the other team members at ewheels are top notch. I purchased my first EUC from ewheels back in 2018. My customer experience with ewheels has been fast response times, quality customer service, competitive pricing and solid product warranties. Let’s be honest, electric unicycles and scooters can be pricey. When a customer spends thousands of dollars on a non essential item I believe a certain level of customer service is warranted. I’d say the ewheels team understands the assignment and has risen to the challenge. I plan on buying all of my EUCs and accessories from ewheels in the future because they take care of their customers which is why they’re #1!
