I ordered a new LK Sherman-L and was prepared to pay over 400.00 for shipping to Alaska. Jason jumped in there and saved me over 300.00 on my shipping cost by advising me to us the Carile Connect service. Little things like this is why i will always be an E-wheels customer. As for the wheel, it arrived in excellent shape(brand new of course). I took my first ride of about 30 miles and I was certainly impressed by its performance. We have a lot of pavement buckles on our bike paths due to the extreme temperature swings up here in Fairbanks Alaska. The wheel glided over them with ease and certainly pro-longs my endurance for riding compared to my no shock absorber wheels. The build quality was amazing. The folks in China have come so far in the technology and quality of their products in the last few years. This is what they do best and can deliver the products, very impressive! I suspect that this wheel will be with me long time and with its 100 plus mile range, it checks all boxes for what I was looking for. My suggestion for the Sherman-L BUY BUY BUY!!!
