The eWheels team was great during my purchase of a new e-twow gt 2020 last month. They were very prompt and responsive from the time they followed up on my initial order to answering some questions I had along the way. They were also awesome to let me substitute another comparable item as the free sale item perk during a sales promotion that was going on at the time (since I was already purchasing the original free sale item).
