Absolutely phenomenal customer support. And I'm not just saying that because they asked me to write a review, because they did, lol. I got my inmotion v11 after 4-5 long months of waiting while.it was on backorder. They gave me multiple shipping status updates as time dragged on, and promptly answered my impatient emails while I waited, usually that same day.
When my V11 arrived, I immediately lost one of my lower shock valves, totally my fault. They sent me a couple replacements free of charge, even though I asked to buy them. My trolley handle had an issue also, and they sent me a replacement trolley handle that same day as well. It hasn't arrived yet so I can't say that fixed the problem, but their phenomenally customer service really shined and left an excellent impression. Any future EUCs I buy will be through ewheels just because of my experience with them.
