I ordered a Kingsong s18 on the first of August 2020 Then I proceeded to what would be a very long wait. A couple of months later, I changed my mind and asked eWheels to swap s18 out for the Inmotion V11 as the s18 did not arrive after multiple delays. eWheels was very responsive to my request. I then went back into the long waiting game. The V11 arrived the day after Thanksgiving. Though is was an incredible long wait, I don't put the blame on eWheels. We are in a middle of a pandemic, Trump has a silly trade war, and there are supply chain issues. What could go wrong? I also appreciated the shipping updates. Especially when the s18 got recalled. Although I was disappointed, I would rather have a working wheel than dealing with production issues and getting them fixed.
