Amazing service during dire times: I've never had an EUC before and live in the major metropolitan area where I relied solely on public transport to move around. Given the immense risk brought upon by the pandemic ewheels provided me a way to travel long distances without subjecting myself to being in a cramped subway. Not only did they help me find a product but they went above and beyond to make sure it reached me quickly and as safely as possible. It took me about a month but I'm finally able to be a confident rider.
