The strengths of ewheels include the ability to get answers from a real and knowledgeable person very quickly and their fast processing and shipping. My S18 and fast charger that I ordered are working fine, but I take comfort in the fact that I will be able to reach someone should problems occur. Furthermore, I've heard from others who have had problems with their equipment that ewheels has provided excellent service. It's refreshing to find a company this responsive and caring about their customers.
