Buying an EUC shipped from China creates a great deal of uncertainty and anxiety when it comes in... Is it built well? Quality control and reliability? Will I get a lemon? What happens if there are issues with it? Buying through eWheels takes all that away. From always receiving good/reliable products (my V8F and V11) to responses from the support team that come in 5-10 min after I hit send... any time of day (24x7). The service is top notch. The responsiveness is almost predictive.. it's a little spooky. No question I'll be buying all future wheels through eWheels.
