Being my first wheel purchase I peppered their support\sales team with questions... Fast, helpful responses informing of the process each step of the way. Instant unsolicited updates when shipments had a delay beyond their control. I worked support jobs for many years for a technical company and I know it is hard to have that level of detail to customers. I will do all my EUC business with them in the future!
