I bought my second wheel (V11 - shocks needed for my old man knees) last week, and decided to try eWheels. Wow. Fantastic customer service, it’s night and day. Fast shipping, ordered Friday afternoon mtn time arrived Sunday! I wanted to add things to the order, they made it so easy for me, I felt appreciated and among friends. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time/money anywhere else.
