In this industry what matters most is communication. Shipping delays happen from Chinese factories. Units arrive dead on arrival. Issues come up within the first couple miles.
EWheels customer service is top notch dealing with all of this. When small issues came up with my wheel, they sent out replacement parts for free the same day I emailed them.
I will continue buying from them.
