I have been in contact with ewheels prior to purchasing my wheel from them. Their service is top notch. My questions were answered promptly and instilled confidence in their company. They really strive to provide the best customer experience you can get. They are welcoming. Even though, they are an online store; they make you feel like your taken care of face to face. My wheel was supposed to get shipped but i had a change of desire and asked them if i could change the product. They agreed to stop the shipment and put in an order for a Sherman. I have an expected date in the tail end of March. Hopefully all goes well, I’m sure ewheels has my back of anything goes a stray.
