I started riding an EUC a couple months ago and have bought a total of 3 electric unicycles from Ewheels, plus some accessories. Their customer support and service has been nothing but stellar. They are very quick to respond to your emails.
I needed a wheel within a few days, placed the order, and it was at my residence within 2 days. I’m not saying this will always happen; however, they have been very attentive to my needs with every order. Five stars and would highly recommend.
