Well let's see. I'm a brand new rider so: eWheels is everywhere mentioned in the EUC web world. Website is clear and informative. All my email inquiries were responded in friendly and familiar ways. I was kept up to date by their emails about the arrival of China shipments. After I received my wheel and had newbie questions, they were great, and answered the phone w/o fuss or wait. So far my experience has been exemplary.
