Just bought my second KS16S from eWheels. The first unit that arrived had a little software glitch ( a rare occurence with these devices) and the team responded quickly to make things right. World Class service and response. The replacement unit arrived quickly and I was able to charge it up, get her running, and had some fun riding with my son who was the recipient of my "properly broken in" wheel". Looking forward to dialing in my new unit and continue enjoying the thrill and skill of being a electric unicycle rider.
