I've bought 3 electric unicycle from e weeks. I was skeptical at first since thet aren't local but the customer service has been top notch. I've had a serious issue with my V11 and theyresonved with immediate (on a Saturday night!) Response follower up a few days later with the part. Now my v11 is perfect condition. Alyssa have lots of accessories in stock at great prices too.
