I've watched at least 10 different Youtube videos, and searched everywhere on the internet before deciding to go with eWheels. After I made the purchase, I was surprised to receive an email with beginner's instructions and some tips. eWheels seems like a small company, but the whole buying experience was awesome. I don't own any bike, and bought my first EUC through eWheels. So when I got the EUC, it came with a flat tire... I was a little bummed about this since I don't have any tire inflator/pump (maybe I'm in the minority here). So I've been searching for a small tire inflator with gauge, and it'd be nice if your company had good recommendations for it.
