I love working with eWheels! After a year of extremely hard riding (700 miles), I sent my KingSong16x in for a tune-up. The lights were not syncing to the app anymore, plus I had cracked the case after an really hard tumble down some concrete stairs.
Having my wheel fixed was a piece of cake. The case was my fault, so I paid for that, but they covered the rest of the work and shipping.
