I have purchased two wheels from eWheels: a InMotion v10f and a KingSong 16x. Both wheels have been amazing and the support from eWheels has been beyond expectations. Last weekend I dropped my 16x and it would not turn on. I emailed eWheels Sunday evening and received a reply Monday morning with instructions for replacing the fuses. Followed the instructions and was back in action within a couple of hours. There are a few China-direct sellers that can save you a few bucks on a wheel but when problems occur you are on your own. I recommend eWheels if you live in US or Canada.
