I commend eWheels on the service it gives to me each and every time. They were exceptional with the service on my V-11. Unfortunately that wheel and I did not have a great love affair, and I sold it on Telegram. The replacement 16X bought from e-wheels continues to put a smile on my face every time I ride it. My next wheel will come from e-wheels. With new products coming out, I will let the market place sort itself out as I watch others share their experience with them. Then, I will, no doubt, make another purchase. In the mean time I have this new 16X that needs more miles put on it.
