Global shipping delays led to my wheel not getting here for over a month, but customer support was extremely helpful when I had questions. They sent me tracking info for the shipping container and answered all my questions quickly. Definitely will use them again if/when I go to upgrade.
I ordered the V8F and it is everything I hoped it would be. Even came with 2 covers that I didn't know would be included. Overall extremely happy with my purchase and ordering with eWheels, global shipping issues notwithstanding.
