The only thing I would change is shipping with FedEx…they are terrible and delayed delivery for 3 DAYS! That’s not on Ewheels, it shipped quickly and FedEx delayed. Maybe consider another shipper? UPS is much better! Drew was outstanding with his advice and because the matte black KS18XL had just gone out if stock, he offered a white on with a free black Roll.NZ neoprene cover…which I love! So now I can have a black or white wheel! Very happy dealing with Ewheels, bought my V10F from them with the same level of awesome service, my V12 is coming from them (excellent communication through the pre-order process, wheels just shipped), and an S20 is on preorder also. Ewheels has earned my business for all my EUC needs, and I needs EUCs!
