Unfortunately, the InMotion V11 didn't work correctly when my husband unboxed it on his birthday. However, eWheels support services have been stellar. They communicated via email providing suggestions about how to remedy the situation. When those didn't work, they arranged for FedEx to pick it up and send a new one.
They responded in a matter of hours after placing the request for info.
