Amazing customer service and warranty support. When my controller died, they offered to either change it for me or to ship a replacement the same day. They also wrote up a doc with pictures to lead me through the installation. Excellent communication from ewheels, whether it's responding to a support request, getting information about a new wheel, or finding out the status of an order.
